Careless And Brave Difficult To Divide

There are lots of definition and explanation about careless and brave. You can even write a book just to discuss about both terms and their difference.

But, to me both looked very similar.

Do you know why? Some people said that the act done by the people in the above photo as brave, some others said careless.

So, to make it fair, let’s say that the act was careless brave. So, everybody is happy.

Although, I think the correct word for the act is S.T.U.P.I.D

Eco-Friendly Plastic Pot Created By Junior High Scool Student

Really not sure that plastic pots can considered as eco-friendly products but I think what one school in my hometown, Bogor did a efo-friendly job well.

They taught their students to make plastic pot for plants from disposed plastic bottles which unfortunately were a lot thrown by a society who is addicted to plastic.

So, although the final product is still not yet fully eco-friendly but I believe, they did well in the first step i.e. to teach pupils to learn and act to take care of their environment.

Everything Gets Better With Coffee

Everything Gets Better With Coffee
Circle K, Jakarta 2019

This type of slogan makes my feeling that exaggeration is everywhere in the world that anybody tries to sell something.

Do you think that everything gets better with coffee?

 I don’t think so.

Please ask a person who has no money when they have to buy a cup of coffee. I believe it will bring him/her more headache.

Or, ask a person with high blood pressure, then perhaps, you may see them seeing you angrily.

Just a naughty thought of a non coffee lover street photographer.

Becak, The Indonesian Traditional Three Wheeler Vehicle

One thing that I took a lot of shoots on is Becak. I don’t know why this Indonesian traditional three wheeler vehicle attracts my attention a lot.

Probably, it is because I assume it as the symbol of the struggle of old way of life. It can also cause of my opinion that their riders can also be made as a symbol of the fight of people to survive from their difficult life. I don’t know exactly which one of them that can obtain my attention and caused me to direct my Canon 700D.

In any case, and it is the most likely because I am a street photographer whose interest is more too human’s living and try to see the beauty or emotion from what I see on the street.

Poor Doraemon, He Looks So Thin

Poor Doraemon, He Looks So Thin
Doraemon on Soleh Iskandar street, Bogor

People say film and reality are different world. I have to agree with that.
In the movie, Doraemon is a happy cat. Although he lives in the past but he has enough food, lots of friends, and good shelter, Nobita’s home. That’s in the movie.
In reality, many Doraemons (plural) struggle and must fight day by day to survive from their difficult life like captured by my Canon 700D today when crawling Soleh Iskandar street in Bogor City. They look so thin, tired, and washed out.

That’s why you should accompany your kids while they are watching TV as movies can misguide everyone. You should bring also your children to street to see the fact that not all Doraemons are fat and live a happy life. Many of them have to live hard life on the street living from exchange given by samaritan drivers.
